To carry out on the development activities of rendering consultancy services to government for infrastructure development which is mainly concentrated in Design and Supervision in infrastructure project, health, education, Climate Change and environment, water and embankment, energy, telecommunications and network, social and economic development,  agriculture, financial services and community development, rural and urban development, city development  and organizational development in association with self-financing and financing opportunities with donors, international institutions, individuals, firms, companies, bodies, trusts, non-government organizations, associations in the area of Infrastructure development (Road, Bridge, Rail, tunnel, embankment construction and any construction activities), strategic planning, project management and implementation, capacity building of institutions/implementing agencies, assisting fund management from both donors and  Government  and other ancillary services thereof
